A sample from 863 applications forms and supporting papers submitted by unqualified veterinary practitioners, to be considered for ‘Existing Practitioner’ status. Each individual application is kept separate and typically includes a completed printed form, witnessed by a magistrate, a certificate of character signed by someone known to the applicant, and other supporting letters.
